Nolan Construction Consultants have been formed by previous partners of Nolan Ryan Partnership to meet new challenges in a changing construction economy.

The principals Paul F Nolan, Robert Nolan and William Kee have recognised experience of working for over 40 years as Chartered Quantity Surveyors and construction cost consultants in the construction sector.
